What to Expect

Every Class Includes

55 Minutes

Every minute is purposeful. Warm-up, targeted work, and a cool-down stretch built into each session.

Personal Attention

Your instructor knows your name, your injuries, and your goals. Small classes mean real corrections, real modifications, and real progress.

Each exercise offers progressions and modifications so every body can participate and be challenged appropriately.
