Root Reformer
Full body workout blending PIlates & functional strength training. With a focus on strategy, this class is designed to continually improve your strength, balance & mind. Our unique method quickly changes your body’s abilities and confidence.
Root Ropes+Reformer
A fun circuit that alternates between the Reformer & Bodhi Suspension Ropes, keeping the body in a state of surprise. Improves balance & strength quickly using your own body weight as resistance as well as hand weights, resistance bands & the weighted ring.
Root X
An intense blend of Jump Boards for the legs & the Reformer and weights for the arms & core. Constantly switching between arms and legs keeps the heart rate high for cardio, increasing strength and speed. Awesome for those of us that may not like to run but love to sweat!
